Aron Chazen

Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Aron has worked in institutional treasury for over 30 years, building global treasury teams and strategic resources for clients. Aron co-founded the Global Cash Business at JP Morgan and helped grow it to $250 billion in assets. While at JP Morgan, Aron ran the Institutional Treasury Group in the Americas, which provided treasury management solutions for multinational corporations and public sector clients. In addition, Aron led the effort to create JP Morgan’s Global Cash Portal that gave clients online access to manage assets and reporting on their JP Morgan products, and he launched the firm’s first institutional offshore money market fund for use by multinational corporations.

Prior to J.P. Morgan, Aron was part of the first Institutional Cash Team at both Fidelity Investments and Franklin/Templeton. Aron has been active in the Association for Financial Professionals since 1991, is frequently quoted in treasury trade journals worldwide, and actively speaks at industry conferences. Aron has his series 7, 24 and 63 licenses and holds a BS from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.

Chris Kaminski

President & Co-Founder

Chris brings over 30 years of institutional investment experience on both the buy and sell side. Chris co-founded the Global Cash Business at J.P. Morgan and was responsible for providing both domestic and offshore treasury management solutions for corporations, public sector clients and financial institutions. Chris also created the firm’s $18 billion Public Sector Cash Business.

Prior to J.P. Morgan, Chris served as Deputy Director of Investments for the State of Illinois where he was responsible for setting policy and managing a $6 billion portfolio. Chris has his series 7, 24 and 63 licenses and holds a BS/MPA in Finance from Northern Illinois University.

Peter Lang

Chief Product Officer

Peter has been an IT executive for over 30 years and has led the development of architecture/IT systems for multiple global Fortune 100 organizations. Peter came to Treasury Curve from CloudServ, a cloud managed services firm, where he was CEO. Prior to CloudServ, Peter founded and grew Trellis Integration Partners as a Microsoft Partner after working at Microsoft as the IT director of treasury, tax and audit. While at Microsoft, Peter built the system for Microsoft to be one of the first corporations to connect directly to the global financial network, SWIFT, which reduced the number of bank connections from several to a single pipe in common formats. The project spawned the new business, Trellis, which replicated SWIFT connectivity for all of Microsoft treasury.

Prior to working at Microsoft, Peter held various IT and systems architecture roles at AT&T Wireless. Peter has published multiple articles on the subjects of connectivity to SWIFT and cloud-based treasury systems. He holds an MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from Pepperdine University and a BA in Business Administration and HRA from Washington State University.

Alex has been leading technology innovation initiatives for over 30 years in multiple industry domains spanning Financial Services, Banking, Retail, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Government systems. He has a proven track record of bringing a mix of technical and business knowledge to implement and apply modern technology to solve complex business problems. Alex designs solutions that scale and adapt to the ever-changing needs and speed of today’s always-on, always-connected business world; one being the real-time banking integration engine that is an integral component of the Treasury Curve platform.

During his 10 years in senior leadership at Microsoft, he led the migration of the Treasury and Services business systems from physical to serverless infrastructure. As the global practice lead in Luxoft, he worked with multiple fortune 500 companies to drive modernization initiatives that dramatically improved business results. As a member of the Treasury Curve leadership team, Alex leverages his extensive background in cloud technology, real-time event-driven systems, and cyber security to enable us to deliver exciting, new, standout functionality that our customers are seeking.
