Achieving Success with your Treasury Project Implementation

Today’s treasury is more dependent than ever on technology and product implementation. Too often, a good product or idea is destroyed by failed project implementation caused by things such as lack of time to focus on the project, a problematic vendor, or lack of internal support. The end result is wasted time and resources and sub-optimal results which could include scrapping or severely delaying the whole implementation. In this session we will discuss the skills and habits needed to be an effective project manager, talk about tools available for organizing your project, and discuss how to successfully complete your project using examples from some of our recent projects including implementing a treasury workstation, establishing a process to benchmark liquidity, installing specialized portfolio management software for investments, and implementing a global banking partner.

This webinar will include approximately 40 minutes of prepared remarks followed by 20 minutes of Q&A on your specific treasury project implementation questions. You can provide your questions anonymously in advance of the presentation and we will prepare discussion for them.
